Expertise
I am most experienced in admin tasks such as drafting emails, reports, summaries and briefings. Furthermore, I have experience in recruiting and selection processes such as reviewing CVs and matching them. Also, I am familiar with the creation of positive and engaging work environment since I had the chance to experience a few examples during my traineeship (e.g., monthly Coffee Roulette, fun events such as St Patricks Day, Velomaiā¦).

Background
During her university studies, Dunja learned about Human Resources through few of her subjects which made her interested more and more in this topic. Furthermore, she had the chance to learn about it on her Erasmus+ exchange in Klagenfurt. In 2023, she was selected for the Blue Book Traineeship in DG MARE in HR team. There, she had the chance to witness everyday work in this area and learn closely from her colleagues and got motivated to try and improve further.
